Seller shall make available, upon BPA’s reasonable request, any personnel of Seller and any records relating to the Facility to the extent that BPA requires the same in order to fulfill any regulatory reporting requirements, or to assist BPA in litigation, including, but not limited to, proceedings before utility regulatory commissions.
