The total number of shares of stock that the corporation shall have authority to issue is {Cap.Auth.Number} ({Cap.Auth.#}), consisting of {Cap.Common.Auth.Number} ({Cap.Common.Auth.#}) shares of Common Stock, ${Cap.Common.Par.$} par value per share, and {Cap.Pref.Auth.Number} ({Cap.Pref.Auth.#}) shares of Preferred Stock, ${Cap.Pref.Par.$} par value per share. The first Series of Preferred Stock shall be designated "Series AA Preferred Stock" and shall consist of {Cap.AA.Auth.Number} ({Cap.AA.Auth.#}) shares.
