{_Escrow_Agent} shall not be under any duty to give the {_Escrow_Fund} any greater degree of care than it gives its own similar property and shall not be required to invest any funds held under this {_Escrow_Agreement} except as directed in this {_Escrow_Agreement}. Uninvested funds held under this {_Escrow_Agreement} shall not earn or accrue interest.
