Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, each party will pay its own expenses (including brokers’, finders’, attorneys’, and accountants’ fees) in connection with the negotiation of this {_Transition_Services_Agreement}, the performance of its respective obligations hereunder, and of the services contemplated by this {_Transition_Services_Agreement}.
