Neither party may assign any of its rights or delegate any of its obligations under this {_Transition_Services_Agreement} without the prior consent of the other party. Any purported assignment of rights or delegation of obligations in violation of this Paragraph 4(g) will be void. Subject to the foregoing, this {_Transition_Services_Agreement} will apply to, be binding in all respects upon, and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns of the parties.
