This Data Use Agreement for Open AI Model Development (“Agreement”) is entered into between {P1.US.N,E,A} (“Data Provider”) and {P2.US.N,E,A} (“Data User”) as of {EffectiveDate.YMD} (“Effective Date”). Data User and Data Provider may also be referred to individually as “a Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
