Use of Name or Marks.

Participant Name or Marks
The Project may not use any Steering Member’s or Associate’s logo, trademark or service mark on any Project material without that party’s express prior written authorization.
Project Identification
Projects may identify themselves as a Joint Development Foundation Project. The Project must use the formal Project name in all legal transactions.
Organization
The Joint Development Foundation may publicly identify the Project, including its member list, as a Joint Development Foundation Project, unless the Executive Director otherwise notifies the Joint Development Foundation Executive Director in writing.
