Notwithstanding the foregoing, Steering Members, Associates, and Contributors may not make any public disclosures of that information without the Approval of the Steering Members or Working Group, as applicable, authorizing that disclosure. Each Steering Member and Associate may design, develop, manufacture, acquire or market competitive deliverables, products and services, and conduct its business, in whatever way it chooses.
