Quick Consulting Agreement

    • Acme Incorporated,
    • a Delaware Corporation, (ELF Code: XTIQ) registered at Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America with the identity number 12345654321,
    • whose principal place of business is 75 State Street, Boston, MA 02109, United States of America,
    • represented by Ms. Abigail Altima, its President,
    • herein referred to as "Principal",

    • Andrea Ang,
    • an individual, born on 1985-01-23 at San Francisco, California, United States of America,
      a citizen of United States of America,
      whose profession is CEO,
    • residing at 55 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142, United States of America,
    • herein referred to as "Agent",

  • Each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties."


This Quick Consulting Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of 2017-09-23 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Parties.


Recitals
Principal wishes to use Agent's market analysis services.

In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Agent agrees to consult to Principal, and Principal agrees to remunerate Agent with 2,000 CH Francs per month, starting on the Effective Date.
  2. Agent agrees to waive all intellectual property rights created when providing consulting services under this Agreement and release those rights to the public for free, i.e. under the MIT-license, where applicable.
  3. This Agreement is governed by Swiss law and any dispute in connection with it shall be submitted to the competent courts for the city of Zug.
  4. For reference, consult Art. 394-406 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
